A gourmet evening at Domaine Pommery

The conference dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 15, at the prestigious Domaine Pommery, a renowned champagne house in Reims.
Before sitting down to a convivial meal, guests will be invited to tour the cellars and learn about the champagne-making process.
Maison Pommery has been a major player in the world of arts since its creation. To stay faithful to the memory and will of Madame Pommery, Paul-François Vranken has chosen contemporary art as the main thrust of our patronage. Pommery is delicacy and liveliness, heart and soul, a style made of finesse which plays a score focusing on the elegance of the aromas rather than on their strength.
About the visit:
The pleasure of coming to Reims should encompass the discovery of an exceptional estate, an unforgettable visit of the Pommery cellars, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and the Villa Demoiselle, a true gem of Art Nouveau. Discover this marvellous universe and these prestigious champagnes, a genuine French know-how.
The Domaine Pommery opens the doors of its magnificent buildings in the Elizabethan style and invites you to discover its cellars and crayères (chalk pits). Veritable underground cathedrals dating back to the Gallo-Roman period, some of them boasting monumental bas reliefs sculpted in the chalk. An exceptional tour at 30 metres below ground, where you can also admire the works of art of the latest contemporary art exhibition.
