Instuctions to authors for the preparation of full papers

  • File format: pdf

  • Size: A4 (not Letter)

  • Character font: Arial

  • Title: size 12

  • Text: size 10

  • Chapter headlines: size 11

  • Authors and organisations must be mentioned below the title in italic font size 10

  • References must be listed at the end of the document

PDF preparation

In order to allow reasonable quality printing, please avoid excessive compression when making your PDF file. Generally, image resolutions should be 300 dpi for greyscale and color.

Very important: EMBED ALL FONTS and ensure that the PDF’s security setting is on ‘NO SECURITY’ and ‘PRINT READY’.

Maximum File Size: files must not be more than 5 Megabytes.

Submitting the full paper

Deadline for submission is: May 31, 2027

Papers are to be uploaded via the Europyro2027 website by connecting with your registration account.

In case of problems while uploading via the Europyro 2027 website, you should deliver your paper via email attachment to: secretary@europyro2027.org. The filename must clearly identify the paper and author name, without special character or space. Use only lower case.
